Justin Trudeau, the Prime Minister of Canada, teared up on Thursday during a press conference about extending childcare. Trudeau, who is in his final days as prime minister, is also in the midst of a trade war with US President Donald Trump. The 53-year-old leader spoke during the press conference in Ottawa and became visibly emotional when he talked about his time in office.
