'Troops Will Land...': Macron Unveils 'Never Heard Before' Ukraine Plan On Foreign Forces, Russia

French President Emmanuel Macron revealed that France and the UK have proposed a partial 30-day truce in Ukraine, according to Le Figaro. The ceasefire would reportedly cover air, sea, and energy infrastructure attacks but not ground fighting. Macron also stated that the plan includes deploying European troops to Ukraine in a second phase. However, he expressed concerns about ensuring compliance with the truce. Watch
