Former U.S. President Donald Trump has claimed he would have retired from politics if the 2020 election had not been "rigged" by Democrats. Speaking at a Kennedy Center board meeting, Trump said the alleged cheating in that election is what pushed him to run again in 2024. He declared that instead of stepping away, he now has “four more years” ahead.
