Israel’s security cabinet has approved a plan to seize control of Gaza City, sparking global outrage. Saudi Arabia, Turkey, China, the UK, Pakistan, Jordan, Belgium, and EU leaders condemned the move, calling it ethnic cleansing, a threat to regional peace, and a humanitarian disaster. The UN rights chief warned it will cause more suffering, displacement, and famine, while international pressure mounts for Israel to halt its expansion and allow urgent aid.
