Russia on Thursday claimed it destroyed a training camp of the Ukrainian special forces in Sumy region. A video shared by the Russian defence ministry shows a building blown by a missile. Moscow claimed 70 Ukrainian armed forces personnel were killed in its operation. The said Russian attack comes days after Vladimir Putin and U.S. President Donald Trump spoke over phone on ending the Ukraine war. The Putin-Trump conversation took place after first direct talks between the two sides collapsed.
