Russia and Ukraine have fulfilled all humanitarian agreements from their last round of peace talks, according to Russian negotiator Vladimir Medinsky. Moscow has offered to return 3,000 Ukrainian soldiers’ bodies and proposed a major prisoner swap and temporary ceasefires. Discussions also included the return of displaced children and the creation of joint working groups. Despite lingering divisions, both sides continue dialogue, though a Putin-Zelenskyy meeting remains uncertain.#RussiaUkraineTalks #PeaceNegotiations #HumanitarianAgreement #UkraineWar #PutinZelenskyy #Ceasefire #POWSwap #RedCross #WarChildren #Diplomacy
