Russia has sent emergency rescue teams, including 20 rescuers, dog handlers, and drone operators, to Myanmar's Mandalay region after a devastating 7.7-magnitude earthquake. Two Russian planes carrying medical staff and K9 units arrived on Saturday as part of Moscow’s humanitarian assistance.
