Russia has issued a furious and categorical denial of the EU's claims that it attempted to jam the GPS system of a plane carrying European Commission President Ursula von der Leyen. Russian Foreign Ministry spokesperson Maria Zakharova slammed the allegations, calling them “preposterous” and “100% false.” The incident allegedly occurred on August 31st, as von der Leyen's flight was approaching for landing in Bulgaria. Reports state that the aircraft's navigation systems were disrupted, forcing pilots to rely on using maps for safe landing. Watch this video to know more.
