Putin Mocks Ukraine; Russia RESTORES Crimea Bridge Minutes After Underwater Attack

Traffic on the Crimean bridge continued despite statements of the Security Service of Ukraine alleging an underwater attack on the structure on Tuesday morning. Footage shows cars driving along the bridge. According to the Ukrainian Security Service, the underwater supports of the bridge were severely damaged at the bottom level by a detonation of '1,100 kilograms of TNT-equivalent explosives'.
