Syria's new de facto ruler, Ahmed Al-Sharaa has reportedly demanded that Russia hand over exiled leader Bashar Al-Assad if it wants permission to operate its two military bases in the Middle Eastern country. Russia has declined to comment on the report. The demand reportedly came as Russian delegation met with Jolani in Damascus. Watch.
