Russian President Vladimir Putin revealed explosive new details about behind-the-scenes negotiations involving Iran’s nuclear program, claiming that Russia, the United States, Iran, and even Israel had once agreed on a confidential framework to transfer enriched uranium out of Iran. Speaking publicly, Putin said Moscow had successfully brokered a similar arrangement back in 2015 and was prepared to repeat the process to prevent further escalation in the Middle East.
