‘Payback Coming’: Russia's Angry Outburst At UK's $1.3B Aid To Kyiv From Frozen Russian Assets
Russian Security Council Deputy Chairman Dmitry Medvedev warned Britain after London confirmed it had spent $1.3 billion of profits from frozen Russian assets on military aid for Ukraine. Medvedev accused the UK of theft and said Russia would take back what it claims was stolen, not through courts, but by seizing Ukrainian territory and possibly British property. He branded British leaders as thieves supporting neo-Nazis and threatened that any future seizures of Russian funds would be answered with territorial expansion.
