The United States and NATO have told Russia there will be no U.S. or NATO concessions on Moscow's main demands to resolve the crisis over Ukraine. The Russian Foreign Ministry said U.S. Ambassador John Sullivan handed over the U.S. response to Russia's Deputy Foreign Minister on Wednesday. NATO Secretary-General Jens Stoltenberg said the alliance had sent a separate reply to Russia. But, like Blinken, he rejected any attempt to halt membership.
