A plenary session of Israel’s Knesset on Monday turned chaotic during Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s speech on the post-war situation in Gaza. Netanyahu discussed disarming Hamas, Israel’s future security, and calls for an independent inquiry into the October 7 attacks. Repeated interruptions led to the expulsion of several lawmakers, including Naor Shiri and Debbie Beton of Yesh Atid. The address followed the recent Israel-Hamas peace agreement under the Trump Plan, which established a ceasefire and the release of prisoners, alongside humanitarian access to Gaza.
