Michael Jordan has made a record $100 million donation to social justice groups fighting for racial equality amid a wave of protests across the United States over the death of George Floyd. The NBA legend’s brand, Jordan Brand, would be distributing the money to different organisations over 10 years in an effort to stamp out racism. This is believed to be one of the biggest financial contributions by a sports figure.
