‘Nazism Will Fail’: Lavrov Accuses European Voices Of Reviving Dangerous Hitler Style Ambitions
Lavrov warns Russia will crush threats against Victory Day celebrations across Moscow. Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said Moscow would respond without mercy if any attempts were made to disrupt Victory Day events. He criticised German Chancellor Friedrich Merz over calls to strengthen Germany’s military power once again. Lavrov also warned that some voices across Europe were openly pushing ideas resembling Hitler’s past ambitions and seeking Russia’s strategic defeat. Speaking during a wreath-laying ceremony in Moscow, he insisted the fight against Nazism remains critical today. Lavrov declared that Nazism, in any form it returns, will ultimately be defeated by Russia and its allies.
