Russian FM Sergei Lavrov lashed out at the West during the SCO summit. He accused the US and allies of “blackmail, pressure and sanctions.” Lavrov said the West seeks to block the rise of a multipolar world. He slammed tariff wars, dollar abuse, and dominance tactics by Washington. According to Lavrov, SCO unity shows nations resisting Western coercion.
