President Joe Biden sought to easy anxiety about COVID-19 vaccines Tuesday after federal regulators recommended a "pause" in administering Johnson & Johnson shots amid concerns of rare blood clotting. Authorities are examining six reports of the unusual clots, including one death, out of more than 6.8 million Americans given the one-dose vaccination so far.
