Iranain Proxies' Drones Breach Air Defences, Allegedly Hits America’s Al Salem Base In Kuwait
Tensions in the Middle East continue to spiral as Iran-linked militias intensify attacks on US military installations across the Gulf. A massive explosion has been reported at Ali Al-Salem Air Base, one of America’s key operational hubs in the region. The base, which hosts the US Air Force’s 386th Air Expeditionary Wing, was reportedly targeted by drones launched by the Iran-aligned Islamic Resistance in Iraq. Kuwait has already been on high alert after a recent drone strike killed several US soldiers and forced the United States Embassy in Kuwait to issue warnings about ongoing missile and UAV threats. As the conflict widens, strategic facilities across the Gulf — including oil infrastructure and military bases — are increasingly becoming targets, raising fears of a broader regional war and major disruptions to global energy supplies.
