Iran War: Putin Steps In As China Demands Ceasefire After Trump’s New Threat To Tehran

Russia has stepped into the intensifying Iran–U.S. conflict with President Vladimir Putin offering mediation proposals to de-escalate the crisis. The Kremlin says the ideas were discussed during a call with U.S. President Donald Trump, though details remain undisclosed. Moscow insists several proposals are still on the table as the war expands with missile and drone attacks across the region. Meanwhile, China has also entered the diplomatic arena, with Foreign Minister Wang Yi urging an immediate ceasefire and warning against regime-change politics.
