Iran has launched a series of coordinated strikes targeting United States military installations across the Middle East, escalating regional tensions dramatically. The attacks were carried out by the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps as part of the 87th wave of Operation True Promise 4, in retaliation for the killing of IRGC Navy chief Alireza Tangsiri. According to Iranian claims, US-linked military sites in Bahrain, the UAE, and Saudi Arabia were hit, including locations associated with the US Fifth Fleet. The IRGC said drones and precision missiles were used in coordinated strikes targeting command centers, radar systems, and gathering points of US and allied forces. In Bahrain, drones reportedly struck near a key compound during a meeting of commanders. In the UAE, a US command and control center near Al Minhad Air Base was allegedly destroyed, while in Saudi Arabia, radar systems guiding F-16 fighter jets were targeted.
