A former commander of Iran's Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) has warned the United States and Israel, saying that the end of the war is “in Tehran’s hands." Major General Mohsen Rezaei has also set out three conditions for the war to end, including full compensation from Washington D.C. for the damages occurred due to the strikes. Earlier, Iranian president Masoud Pezeshkian had also laid down conditions for de-escalation.
