Iran Hails Hezbollah, Houthis Role In War, Dubs It As United Front’s ‘Victory’ Against US

Iran is projecting a narrative of victory following the ceasefire, with its top military leadership openly praising the role of allied forces across the region. Esmail Qa’ani, head of Iran’s elite Quds Force, described the response to the conflict as “decisive, courageous and heroic,” crediting regional allies for delivering what he called “regret-inducing lessons” to the United States and Israel. His remarks place groups such as Hezbollah in Lebanon and Houthi forces in Yemen at the centre of Iran’s strategic messaging, highlighting a coordinated, multi-front approach that Tehran is framing as a key factor behind the outcome of the conflict. The messaging comes just after a Pakistan-brokered ceasefire, but the tone suggests that Iran and its allied network remain on a war footing. Qa’ani also issued warnings over continued Israeli strikes in Lebanon, indicating that further escalation could trigger a renewed response.
