Houthis Fire Palestine-2 Missile At Ben Gurion Airport In Gaza Retaliation, Interrupts Air Traffic

Yemen’s Houthi rebels claimed responsibility for launching a hypersonic ballistic missile at Israel’s Ben Gurion Airport using their new Palestine-2 missile system. The strike, which the Houthis said was a response to Israel’s actions in Gaza, allegedly caused mass panic and disrupted air traffic. While the Israeli military reported intercepting the missile, the brief halt at the airport and activation of air raid sirens in Tel Aviv and other areas underscored growing regional tensions.
