Hezbollah Ambush ‘Destroys Israeli Tanks, Forces Retreat’ In Explosive Lebanon Clash

Tensions along the Israel–Lebanon border have surged dramatically as Hezbollah claims it carried out a coordinated ambush on Israeli forces in southern Lebanon. According to the group, six Israeli Merkava tanks were targeted using guided missiles, rockets, and artillery in al-Taybeh. Hezbollah says the attack destroyed multiple armoured vehicles and forced Israeli troops to retreat. The situation escalated further as Israeli helicopters reportedly moved in to evacuate wounded soldiers under heavy fire. Hezbollah claims it then struck the evacuation zone with additional rocket and artillery barrages. Watch
