According to reports from Israeli media, the Hamas militant group has initiated the release of hostages as part of a cease-fire agreement on Friday. Among those released are 13 Israelis who had been held in the Gaza Strip for almost seven weeks, as confirmed by Israeli security officials. Additionally, twelve Thai nationals were set free, according to Thai Prime Minister Srettha Thavisin. The total number of captives to be released during the four-day truce is 50. As part of the arrangement, Israel is scheduled to release 150 Palestinians over the next four days, with 39 prisoners expected to be freed on Friday.
