America is boiling over as nationwide protests erupt against Immigration and Customs Enforcement, following the fatal shooting of Minneapolis woman Renee Good by a federal immigration officer and the wounding of two others in Portland. From Minneapolis and Boston to Philadelphia, North Carolina, and Oregon, thousands have poured into the streets chanting “No ICE in our streets” and demanding an end to aggressive immigration enforcement. Protesters are accusing ICE of operating outside the law, using intimidation tactics, and targeting immigrant communities with what they describe as abusive and unconstitutional practices.
