New York City is coming back to life. After more than a year of some of the country's strictest coronavirus protocols, New York will adopt the recent CDC guidelines starting Wednesday allowing vaccinated people no longer have to wear masks or social distance. A year ago, New York's streets were empty, now bands play in the parks and many people have already ditched their masks outside.
