China finally congratulates Biden on US Presidential election win

China finally congratulated Joe Biden on Friday on being elected US president. It was one of the last major countries to congratulate him. China’s foreign ministry spokesman Wang Wenbin said that they respected the choice of the American people. Wang added, "at the same time, the result will be confirmed according to US laws and procedures''.
