Chicago River turns green for St. Patrick's Day

Chicago's St. Patrick's Day Parade will be held on Saturday following a two-year pandemic break. The Chicago River was dyed green to mark the day with crowds watching in frigid temperatures. Last year's event was limited in scope by city authorities so as not to draw large crowds in the midst of the pandemic.
