Venezuelan minister Diosdado Cabello slams Trinidad & Tobago for aiding U.S. military buildup. In a fiery press briefing in Caracas, Cabello accused Trinidad’s Prime Minister Kamla Persad-Bissessar of betraying Venezuela by allowing U.S. forces access to the island amid tensions over Guyana.
