She recently uploaded a video describing and demonstrating a 'fab routine' with a tennis ball can help people suffering from 'neck & back pain'. Alongwith the video, Shilpa captioned her post saying, 'Desk jobs, bad posture, and long working hours can increase neck & back pain a lot. This week, Fitness Challenge is a drill to enhance the mobility of the shoulders, chest, elbows, and back. It can be done every day or 4 to 5 days a week.
