Sanjay Dutt enters fine dining, His first restaurant 'Solaire' opens at Grand Hyatt

Bollywood icon Sanjay Dutt has announced his first restaurant 'Solaire' in Grand Hyatt in Bandra Kurla Complex (BKC), Mumbai. With partners Ishaan Varma & Amit Lakhyani, the space promises luxe interiors, a global menu spanning Asian, Mediterranean, Indian and Chinese cuisines, and a curated bar for cocktails. He teased it on Instagram saying, 'I’ve eaten around the world. Now it’s my turn to plate it.' Fans are already excited for this star-powered fine dining venture.
