Actor Rajpal Yadav has moved the Delhi High Court seeking permission to travel to Dubai for a Diwali event, even as a cheque-bounce case is pending against him. Justice Ravinder Dudeja has issued notices to Delhi Police and Murli Projects Pvt Ltd, calling for their reply.
