30-year-old Pakistani woman, Seema Haider, who illegally entered India after falling in love with Sachin Meena, has been the talk of the town since past few weeks. Now, as India is preparing to celebrate Independence Day on August 15, Seema hoisted the Tricolour on Sunday joining the 'Har Ghar Tiranga' campaign at her residence in Noida along with her lawyer, AP Singh. Earlier, it was reported that Seema has been roped in for a Bollywood film but now, Seema and Singh clarified that she has turned down the film offer. This comes after Ameya Khopkar, general secretary of Maharashtra Navnirman Seva (MNS) led by Raj Thackeray, issued a warning to Seema Haider over her debut film. Taking to X, Khopkar wrote in Marathi which loosely translates to, “We are firm on our stand that a Pakistani citizen should not have any place in the Indian film industry. Seema Haider is a Pakistani woman currently in India. There were also reports that she was an ISI agent. Some of the upstarts in our industry are making the same Seema Haider as an actress for fame.
