MNS warns Kapil Sharma: stop calling Mumbai 'Bombay' on his show

The Maharashtra Navnirman Sena (MNS) has issued a stern warning to Kapil Sharma over usage of the terms 'Bombay' or 'Bambai' on 'The Great Indian Kapil Show'. Party film wing chief Ameya Khopkar demands all references use the city’s official name, 'Mumbai',citing respect, legal recognition, and regional pride. In a clip from the show, Huma Qureshi refers to 'Bombay', triggering the backlash. Continued use could lead to 'strong agitation', says MNS.
