Hrithik Roshan rents out sea-facing Juhu home to Girlfriend Saba Azad for ₹75,000/month

In a rare real-estate move, Bollywood superstar Hrithik Roshan has leased his sea-facing Juhu apartment to longtime partner Saba Azad for just ₹75,000 a month—far below the building’s market price. The sprawling 12,000 sq ft property, spanning three floors in Mannat Apartments, usually commands tens of lakhs in rent. The arrangement, valid for one year, includes a ₹1.25 lakh security deposit.
