Dia Mirza recently visited a green haven in Mumbai and took to social media to share her admiration for the park’s transformation into a thriving biodiversity hotspot. Calling it a “magical green space,” she emphasised the need for more such parks in cities. According to Dia, regular interaction with nature is vital, not just for mental peace, but also for physical health, including improved immunity and blood pressure. Most importantly, she said, such spaces allow children to bloom.
