Superstar Aamir Khan has temporarily relocated from his Virgo Housing Society residence in Bandra, Mumbai, which is undergoing a high-end redevelopment. He has leased four luxury sea-facing apartments in Pali Hill’s Wilnomona Apartments for ₹24.5 lakh per month, with a 5-year lease starting May 2025 and a 45-month lock-in period. The deal includes a hefty ₹1.46 crore security deposit, plus stamp duty and registration fees. Conveniently, his temporary home lies just 750 metres from fellow star Shah Rukh Khan’s rented residence. The move reflects how Mumbai’s elite manage life during long redevelopment projects.
