Telugu actor Gopichand gets injured while shooting for his next; director Sriwass shares update

Telugu actor Gopichand recently injured himself when he was prepping for an action sequence during the shoot of his upcoming film in Mysore. Sriwass, the director of the untitled film, took to his Twitter handle to inform the actor’s fans and followers about the accident. He also gave an update on Gopichand’s condition saying that the actor is completely fine. Here’s what Sriwass wrote, ‘While shooting in Mysore, unfortunately our hero @YoursGopichand just fell down due to leg slip. By God's grace nothing happened to him and he is doing completely fine. I request fans and friends not to worry about this incident.’The Gopichand film which was announced in July 2021 is currently being filmed at a swift speed in Mysore. However, now due to the actor’s injury, the makers might halt the shoot for some time until he is absolutely fit. The film also stars Khushbhu Sundar in a pivotal role. Gopichand made his debut in the Telugu film industry with the film ‘Tholi Valapu’. He was last seen in ‘Seetimaarr’, a sports drama where he played the character of a coach to a women's kabaddi team.
