Sivakarthikeyan and Vijay Sethupathi give financial aid to Thavasi

Thavasi, who is popular for his roles in films like Sundarapandian, Varuthapadatha Valibar Sangam and Rajini Murugan, is currently battling cancer. MLA of Thiruparankundram, Dr P Saravanan, has taken care of his medical expenses and ensured that he is given adequate treament. He had also asked for help from actors, actresses, and from the Tamil Nadu government. Actors Vijay Sethupathi and Sivakarthikeyan have also come forward to help the actor financially. While the former has given an amount of ₹1lakh, Sivakarthikeyan is said to have asked his fan club’s head to handover an amount of ₹25,000. We hear that actors Soori and Soundaraja have also done their bit. He is currently recovering from Dr Saravanan's treatment, and is reportedly able to drink juices now.
