What shocked many was the revelation by Oscar-winning celebs AR Rahman and Resul Pookutty on how they had to face discrimination in Bollywood. Looks like Bollywood isn’t the only film industry where nepotism exists. Actor Shanthnu Bhagyaraj tweeted saying that nepotism exists in Kollywood as well. The Master star added that people who indulged in groupism decide who should work with whom. He also opined that they give chances to others only when they need them, but ensures that they don’t let others grow.
