Covid-19 and lockdown have gripped the Malayalam film industry. With social distancing being the new norms, how can Mollywood get back to normalcy? Prominent people from the industry, Renji Panicker, B Unikrishnan, Vijay Babu and Basil Joseph came together in a webinar organised by Kochi Times to discuss the future of Malayalam cinema. The panel discussed on the possibilities of bringing people back to theatres, maintaining hygiene, re-modifying contents and the challenges they would face in the coming days. In the one hour discussion they tried to figure out practical and creative solutions on how to go ahead.
