Watch: Mammootty's 'Puzhu' teaser out now!

With the debutant Ratheena PT’s upcoming film ‘Puzhu’, the legendary superstar Mammootty is said to be playing a negative shaded character. Recently the makers unveiled an intriguing promo teaser for the film that showed a few glimpses of Mammootty’s antagonist traits. The film is all set to stream on a popular OTT platform on May 13. The teaser opens with an eerie music track followed by Mammootty’s son's character's dialogue saying that the White king went missing. Mammootty replies to this by asking his son to bring that White king home on the next day. The teaser clearly implies that Mammootty will have a different and unique characterization in the film. With just a few days ahead for ‘Puzhu’ to stream online, the makers are making sure that the hype is being kept among the audience with the release of intriguing promo teasers. Nevertheless, to say, the makers have indeed succeeded in maintaining the anticipation level for ‘Puzhu’ among the audience. Helmed by the debutant Ratheena, the story of ‘Puzhu’ is written by Harshad along with the co-scenarists Sharfu, and Suhas. Jakes Bejoy is roped in as the music composer for the film and Theni Eswar will crank the lens for the Mammootty starrer. Apart from Mammootty, ‘Puzhu’ has a star-studded cast that includes Parvathy Thiuvothu, Nedumudi Venu, Malavika Menon, Athmiya Rajan, Kottayam Ramesh, and Indrans.
