Mollywood’s promising actor Amith Chakkalakal is all set to play a cop in the upcoming film ‘Asthra’. Recently the makers unveiled the trailer for the movie which promises a stylish action thriller with a very unique concept. The visuals of the Amith Chakkalakal starrer capture the essence of this dark thriller and the expectation levels are quite high among the audiences. Helmed by the director Azaad Alavil, Amith Chakkalakal will be playing the lead role of an investigating police officer in the movie. The script of ‘Asthra’ is penned by the writers Vinu K Mohan, and Jilu Raj. Apart from Amith Chakkalakal, ‘Asthra’ also has the actors Suhasini Kumaran, Santhosh Keezhattur, Kalabhavan Shajohn, Sudheer Karamana, Renu Sounder, and Abu Salim in significant roles.
