Singers take up Kailas Menon's 'Chandanamani Challenge'

Chandanamani Sandhyakalude Nadayil is a song sung by National Award winner singer M G Sreekumar for the Malayalam movie Praja, starring Aishwarya, Babu Namboothiri and more. The song is penned by Gireesh Puthancherry and the music is by M G Radhakrishnan, the late brother of M G Sreekumar. The song, though released more than a decade ago, continues to be popular for its fun video, rhythm, lyrics and the dance moves featured on it. Recently, composer Kailas Menon started ‘Chandanamani’ challenge, in which he challenged many Mollywood singers to try the song.
