Shakthisree Gopalan's cover version of 'Poi Solla'

Shakthisree Gopalan, who is a Tamilian, grew up in Kochi in Kerala State. She has sung many hit songs in Malayalam and Tamil, since her song ‘Nenjukkulle’ for A R Rahman in the Maniratnam directorial film ‘Kadal.’ Many of her songs, like ‘Kaattil Veezha Mezhuthiri Naalam’ and ‘Pularikalo Sandhyakalo’ are hits in Malayalam and reveal her versatility too. Shakthisree recently teamed up with a few musicians to create a cover version of the hit Yuvan Shankar Raja song ‘Poi Solla.’
