Mollywood beauty Samyuktha Menon is one star who cannot resist the wanderlust and this lockdown, she set out on a journey of a different kind - self-discovery. While most of the celebrities kept themselves occupied by baking scrumptious cakes and dalgona coffee, Samyuktha invested time in taking care of her body and soul. She took a social media detox and used the time to get fit. The actress started rigorous workouts during the period and she has now shared a video of herself nailing her routines at the gym. Samyuktha is seen decked up in a blue sports bra, shorts and completed the look with a pair of black gym shoes. The actress can be seen doing some weight training under the guidance of her personal trainer and the video is sure to give you fitness goals. On the work front, Samyuktha will be next seen in ‘Erida’, a film helmed by VK Prakash.
