Tovino Thomas' who did a fantastic movie with Urvashi, Ente Ummante Peru, where we saw Urvashi once again doing a promising mom on screen post Achunte Amma. Now, Ramji Rao Speaking actress Rekha will essay the role of his mom in debutante director Swapnesh K Nair's upcoming movie. The film titled Edakkad Battalion 06 is written by P Balachandran and he plays Tovino's dad in the movie. Rekha's latest Malayalam movie is Kinar. The film will also see Joy Mathew, Sudheesh, Samyuktha Menon and Abu Saleem.
As per reports, Tovino plays a military officer in the movie and it is apparently based on a true story.
