Nivin Pauly starrer ‘Action Hero Biju’ to get a sequel

Nivin Pauly starrer ‘Action Hero Biju’, released in 2016 will be getting a sequel soon. In their latest press release, the actor’s production banner has confirmed the same. ‘Action Hero Biju’ directed by Abrid Shine featured Nivin Pauly in the role of Sub-inspector Biju Paulose. Unlike many other cop thrillers, ‘Action Hero Biju’ was free of exaggerations, and the realistic portrayal of the life of a cop grabbed eyeballs. The sequel is currently titled ‘Action Hero Biju 2’. Abrid Shine and Nivin Pauly will be collaborating once again for ‘Action Hero Biju 2’. Nivin Pauly’s home production banner will be bankrolling the upcoming project. The prequel had actors Anu Emmanuel, Saiju Kurup, Suraj Venjaramoodu, Joju George, Alexander Prasanth, Kalabhavan Prajod, Rony David, Sohan Seenulal in some pivotal roles. Whether the upcoming film would be a continuation of the previous, and if the cast would be reprising the roles is currently unknown.
